Hi, my name is Juan Ignacio, I'm 12 years old, my dad is Juan Carlos Vera, he is 47 years old and he is a wonderful man and father, but a few years ago he was diagnosed with Non-Alcoholic Hepatic Cirrhosis (NASH). He remained stable for a while, but in recent months his health has deteriorated a lot, preventing him from having a normal life.
He needs a liver transplant to continue living, but in Venezuela there is no transplant system nor do he get the medicines he needs. The liver transplant costs about $ 110,000 in another country, but we need the money and it will stabilize a bit since with your current state of health can not be operated. He has been in bed for several months and can hardly move because his body retains a lot of liquid which is also in his lungs and it is difficult for him to breathe. Every week you have to do a liquid extraction which costs 200 dollars and that in Venezuela is a lot, besides you do not have health insurance because the insurance company left the country and the treatment that you have to follow to calm your illness is not It's in Venezuela, so please ask them for help to save my dad.

Hola mi nombre es Juan Ignacio Vera, tengo 12 años y mi papa se llama Juan Carlos Vera, tiene 47 años y es un hombre y padre maravilloso, pero hace unos años le fue diagnosticado Cirrosis Hepática no Alcohólica  NASH. El se mantuvo estable por un tiempo, pero en los últimos meses su salud se ha deteriorado mucho, impidiéndole tener una vida normal.
Necesita un trasplante de hígado para seguir viviendo, pero en Venezuela no hay sistema de trasplante ni tampoco se consiguen las medicinas que el necesita. El trasplante de hígado cuesta unos 110.000$ en otro país, pero necesitamos el dinero y que se estabilice un poco ya que con su estado actual de salud no puede ser operado. Lleva varios meses en cama y casi no se puede mover porque su cuerpo retiene mucho liquido el cual esta también en sus pulmones y le cuesta respirar. Cada semana hay que hacer una extracción de liquido la cual cuesta 200 dólares y eso en Venezuela es mucho, además no tiene seguro de salud porque la compañía de seguros se fue del país y el tratamiento que el tiene que seguir para calmar su enfermedad no se encentra en Venezuela, por lo que por favor les pido ayuda para salvar a mi papa.
Cualquier donativo suma, y aunque se que es difícil conseguir todo lo necesario para el trasplante, se que los milagros existen y al menos si se puede ayudar a estabilizarlo y hacer su vida mas cómoda, que pueda mover sin problema.
