38 Cats in tent in woods fundraiser life or death

Woman named Carol has 30+ cats and they are living in the woods in a tent. No water or electricity, not a good situation but she just wants to be with her cats. She got sick. Bad things happened. Ended up in tent. Now code enforcement is kicking her off the land saying it is illegal to live in a tent. Must be larger building with water and sewer and electricity. I'm trying to raise money to help a woman named Carol and her 30+ cats living in a tent in the woods, no running water or electricity. She uses bottle water and a tiny portable table top generator to charge her phone. No heat, no ac, no freezer or refrigerator or anything. She will never leave her cats. They are her only reason for living. All her family is dead. She was in rescue which is how she got so many cats. She was a professional woman and worked hard her whole life but she got sick but still rescued and helped cats. Then she got even sicker. She was holding on and was living in a small house for 8 years but owners were really mean. Sold it out from under her without even telling her. She got a knock at her door and this guy tells her he is new owner and that she is going to a retirement home and the cats to animal control. She said no and fought searching for a solutuon. He didn't want to rent but renovate and flip. She tried every government agency and agencies that are supposed to help. She tried for months until she had no choice but to leave. She could not afford deposits so all she could do was buy a tent and move to the woods. It has been very hard for her out there. Especially for someone that is sick and unable to walk and not having running water or electricity. She is still willing to be there and prefers it to being without her cats. Now code enforcement is saying she can't live in the tent in the woods and must move to a house. Tent is not legal. You have to have a minimum 750 sq ft place to be legal to live in. Have to have water, sewer and electricity. She is in the woods, no neighbors, not bothering a soul. She does not have any money, what little bit she gets she spends on cat food for all the cats. If she does not get enough for a deposit to get into a trailer or home she wi
