Ruby Phillips also known as “Miss Ruby”, owner and founder of Ruby’s Beauty Salon located at 1280 Finch Ave. W Toronto, Ontario M3J-3K6, was a pillar of the Community, always giving, helping anyone who needed a helping hand physically and/or monetarily, whenever or whatever you needed she would always find a way, even if it meant she would have to do without, it was yours!
A seed in the Community, that grew many branches. Oh “Miss Ruby” how we MISS YOU and your kind words and prayers. The Legacy she has left behind is in NEED of your generosity the salon that helped to create and spawn many many hairstylists has reached the point of much needed With the passing of this kindhearted woman October 15, 2011. Sweets one of “Miss Ruby’s” 5 children charged with the task of day to day operations of Ruby’s Beauty Salon has returned from his 6 plus years of being in the United States to revamp the Legacy along with his siblings working side by side.
This cannot be done without you and the Community upon which the salon was built. With that said we are asking for Monetary Donations whatever you can give will be greatly APPRECIATED!
