Our dear friend Chris Campbell, “FenyxFyre” who has been there for anyone at anytime, all the fundraisers and events he has done just to help the cause because he is such a kind soul with a big heart and has done so much for our community, now truly and desperately needs all of our help.

For the past year it has been a roller coaster of health issues for Chris.

It started with Chris getting Covid which led to a severe case of pneumonia. While getting treated for pneumonia Chris got C-Diff, it took 3 rounds of Antibiotics to get rid of it. During this time Chris started to get a lump in the right side of his neck. Several tests were done and it was determined by PET scan that Chris had cancerous cells in his body. After many more tests and prep work, the doctors removed the tumor which turned out to be metastasized. When removing the tumor, they also had to remove Chris's tonsils, part of his tongue, jugular vein and much of my chest and shoulder muscle and nerves. Upon further testing they discovered 9 more spots throughout his body and can't determine the origin of where the cancer started from.

Coming up Chris has radiation to completely remove the cancerous cells, 7 weeks, 5 times a week. Chris has been diagnosed with Metastasized Squamous Cell in the lymph node with an unknown origin. Chris has been going to rehab as well to get his arm working again, he has limited mobility because of muscle and nerve removal that may never come back but working to try and get it as good as it can be.

If all this wasn't enough, Chris had to move from his current rental to another due to landlord request, his income has been significantly reduced by 3/4 with so many costs that are not being covered by his benefits.

Chris is struggling to make rent, groceries and other expenses and I'm hoping to raise at least two months rent so he can focus on the radiation run of 7 weeks 5 times a week. The stress, financially, emotionally and physically has been extremely hard for Chris to deal with. Let's all come together and try to make things a little easier on Chris so he can focus on getting better.
