My name is Kevin Burnett and in June I had a life-threatening Strep infection which resulted in removal of my gall bladder and part of my stomach. For 4 months I was unable to work because I was in a combination of 2 hospitals, Stanford and Kentfield, plus a skilled nursing facility and needed extensive physical therapy in order to walk again.

I am reaching out in a time of need. I now have extensive medical, insurance, and essential living expenses and find myself in a financial burden.
