Emily Meyn Kidney Transplant Fundraiser

Emily is a 42 year old mother of two beautiful boys.

She was recently diagnosed with Stage V kidney failure and is currently on the transplant waiting list. She's been receiving treatment from Guthrie's Nephrology team and

UPENN Philadelphia. She is a Care Coordinator for Health Homes in Binghamton. She advocates for and helps people with chronic conditions gain access to community resources.

Her husband Bill has been a wonderful caring nurse at Guthrie for over 20 years.

As you may imagine going through a kidney transplant is going to have a lot of out of pocket expenses; from hotel stays, deductibles, co-pays to non covered services. Not to mention the time both Emily and Bill will be out of work.
