Keep the Spencer Family from Being Homeless

Hello, My name is Erin and I am hoping all of the friends and family of the Spencer family will assist me in giving the ultimate gift during giving season. They desperately need housing and moving expenses.

Shanie & CC have been residing in the same home in Roswell with their two dogs for twelve years. Just recently they were shocked to find out that the landlord is selling the house. They have until Jan 17 to be completely moved out. It may seem a lot of time, however it was unexpected.

Shanie was just about to have surgery which she has had to cancel. She suffers from multiple chronic and autoimmune issues that keeps her from working full time. Her diagnosis include Sjogren Syndrome, Raynaud's disease, Cushing Syndrome and Rheumatoid arthritis. Needless to say with all the medical care she needs it has made her life difficult. Some days she can barely move at all.

CC was in a car accident. He received multiple injuries that caused him to be out of work receiving treatment for months. He has been just recently been able to return to work with Sixthman which takes him away from his family for weeks at a time. They have not been able to catch up completely from the financial impact of the accident. There are no funds to move.

Lawson is turning ten at the end of December. He has done incredibly well in school this years a fourth grader. His grades are solid. He was runner up for the spelling bee. He also continues to shine in school activities such as chorus and acting. The goal is to keep this beautiful boy in his school until at least he graduates fifth grade. No one wants Lawson to be worried about this situation especially not his parents.

They truly need to find a place and it is proving difficult this time of year. It just takes one setback to be homeless for people in this time of outrageous rent.
