Hello, my name is Nichola & I am fundraising for my mother’s funeral. We do not have the money available to give her the send-off we would like but with your help it may be possible. We are struggling to buy some flower arrangements for her funeral.

My mum was diagnosed with Cancer in 2021, initially it was breast cancer which also affected a lymph node. A few months later she was told the cancer had spread into her Spine & hips, she managed to keep the cancer under control for 2 years, However, on her last scan it showed the cancer had spread again, this time into her bowels & abdominal cavity.

She started a more aggressive form of treatment on 12th October 2023 & by the next day she was having a reaction to it. My mum was then in hospital for 3 weeks with a chest infection which just kept getting worse, the doctors said it was pneumonitis, a complication of the new medication she started. This infection is what caused her death.

So I ask you, if you can help in any way, it would be appreciated, we want to give her an amazing send off as she was a kind & loving lady. We watched her struggle with the disease & all we want to do is put her to rest in the best way we can.
