Hi, we are the daughters of our dad, James. Last year, he had a terrible fall that resulted in his long term care. Unfortunately, the money he brings in for social security isn’t enough to cover a proper care facility with his level of care once he is released from the rehabilitation facility that he is currently at. At this moment, he cannot walk on his own, he requires insulin for his diabetes, heart failure and beginning stages of dementia.

We are currently awaiting VA assistance which we applied for 5 months ago. which can take anywhere from 6 - 12 months to process. His care home will be $4,400 dollars monthly (and will raise due to special care for dementia patients). It still won’t be enough to cover his care but we plan on supplementing the rest for our dad. Currently Melissa is doing the best she can to help supplement the cost of his care but we now need your help.
