Help Disabled Man Move to Stable Housing

Hi, I'm Brandon Glazer. I have several disabilities including: trigeminal neuralgia disorder, lumbar radiculopathy, lumbago with sciatica, neuropathy, myalgia and atrial fibrillation, debilitating migraine with aura, a lung infarction, marfan's syndrome, intractable with status migrainosus, frequent seizures, daily cases of randomly passing out that make me unable to work, and am currently fighting for disability which the doctor tells me I'm qualified for but may have to wait years till the government approves me. I am currently staying with a friend but the friend that was letting me stay in her house is selling the house, and I've secured housing in Orlando but unforeseen financial complications arose and I need help moving there. My previous means of bringing my stuff including my special bed necessary for me due to my conditions and my car that can be used for transportation to nearby pharmacies so I can get my medications. Without assistance I may be forced to leave them behind and could make my conditions worse. I am in desperate need of assistance and any bit helps. Thank you for your time and consideration!
