Hey everyone. My cat Trouble who is only 6 years young was rushed to the emergency vet yesterday. He required extensive surgery and is still not eating/drinking and remains nauseated. Trouble is the first kitten I have raised by myself and has been there with me through everything. He has lived with me since I have moved to Fredericton. He is my best friend and companion. Unfortunately, with being a full-time student and not having much of an income the vet bills have been extensive. Trouble is worth every penny in my opinion, because to me he isn’t just a cat. He is my baby. With X-rays, blood tests, examinations, the surgery and medications he will need for a few weeks the costs are adding up quickly. I hate asking for help let alone money, especially this time of year. However, I am asking for any generosity anyone can offer during this difficult time. Anything helps at this point, and I am beyond grateful for the support and assistance. Trouble means the world to me, and all I want for Christmas is my boy healthy and home.
