Hola mi nombre es Pablo Soto, he abierto esta campaña para ayudar a la esposa de mi sobrino que lamentablemente murio en un accidente, dejando a Maholy y a su pequeño niño. Tras el accidente por casualidad le descubrieron a Maholy un Nodulo pulmonar y deben realizar una operacion de emergencia.

Esta es su historia:

El 27 de octubre de este año sufrí junto a mi esposo un accidente de tránsito, inició ésta pesadilla de la que aun no he podido despertar. El falleció al instante, y yo fui traslada al hospital central de Maracay alli me solicitaron varios estudios que fueron realizados en un centro privado ya que en el hospital no hay los equipos para realizarlos a través de ellos encontraron que tenía 9 costillas fracturadas, 8 en el lado izquierdo y una del lado derecho. Fractura de cubito izquierdo, contucion pulmonar, y derrame pleural. Razon por la que no me dijeron el estado de mi esposo sino hasta casi el 3er día ya que tenia riesgo de perforación de pulmón. Solo pude ir al velorio 1 hora y a su cepelio no pude asistir.

Al darme de alta, bajo reposo absoluto en casa; me dicen que luego de realizarme la cirugía del brazo deberia asistir a consulta con un especialista para revisión de la tomografía. Me operan el brazo izquierdo en un centro privado, con varias recaudaciónes realizada por familiares y amigos el día 8 de Noviembre.

El dia 16 de Noviembre asisto a consulta con el cirujano de Torax Einer Liberon, quien conversando me dice que hay una masa creciendo en mi pulmón de derecho "Nódulo Pulmonar" y que por sus características es desde antes del accidente. Que debe ser removida y realizar una biopsia, de ser benigna solo se retira y ya, de ser Maligno deben extraer parte del pulmón y estar en terapia intensiva de uno a dos dias. Todo se realizaria en una sola cirugía ya que la biopsia es hecha dentro del quirófano con resultados inmediatos. Para asi saber cual conducta tomar.

Solicito su ayuda ya que actualmente no cuento con la posibilidad económica de realizarme ésta cirugía y que con todos los gastos previos con la primera cirugía, medicamentos y examenes a mis familiares y a mi se nos dificulta reunir el dinero. Aún así estamos realizando actividades, rifas pero es muy costosa.

Mi hijo ya perdió a su papá, ayúdenme a luchar para que pueda tener a su lado a su mami.

Upon discharge, under complete rest at home; They tell me that after having arm surgery I should attend a consultation with a specialist to review the tomography. I had surgery on my left arm in a private center, with several fundraisers made by family and friends on November 8th.

On November 16, I attended a consultation with the Thorax surgeon Einer Liberon, who while talking told me that there is a mass growing in my right lung "Pulmonary Nodule" and that due to its characteristics, it has been there since before the accident. It must be removed and a biopsy performed, if it is benign it is just removed and that's it, if it is malignant it must extract part of the lung and be in intensive care for one to two days. Everything would be done in a single surgery since the biopsy is done in the operating room with immediate results. In order to know what behaviour to take.

I request his help since I currently do not have the financial possibility of having this surgery and with all the previous expenses with the first surgery, medications and examinations, it is difficult for my family and I to raise the money. Even so, we are carrying out some activities to help me.

My son has already lost his father, help me fight so that he can have his mother by his side.
