Let's Help Fizz through his house fire!
Donation protected
Hi, this is Jennifer (or Shtinko) as some of you know me. I am writing you today to humbly ask for your help for my brother, Fizz. Monday morning, November 27th, Fizz was home working in his shop; he stopped what he was doing to run to the house to get some stuff from the basement. He smelled smoke as he was approaching but didn't see smoke. As he opened his basement door, a plume of smoke came blowing out and he ran to call 911. Within 20 minutes, his house was fully on fire on the north side. 5 towns (Bouton, Woodward, Perry, Minburn and Madrid) joined him to help put out the fire as quickly as possible, but their efforts were not quite enough. Fizz lost his house and almost all his personal possessions in this fire. The few things that he is trying to save are being sent to a restoration company, which if any of you experienced this, costs a lot of money up front. Fizz is quickly finding out that if/when insurance will help him out (could be 6-12 months out), he will have to cover all the expenses himself. If any of you really know him, you know he would never ever ask anyone for financial help, but I am asking as his sister and knowing that he is not sleeping at night wondering how he is going to handle the next few months to a year. I know he would tell me that if anyone gave him money he would do everything he could to find a way to pay them back. If any of you could find it in your heart to help Fizz, I know he would be forever grateful. I know it's the holidays but anything you could contribute would go directly to help him in his time of need. Please share!
