Instant Halal Pho - We need your help!

Assalamualaikum everyone,

My name is Asari Mohamath, one of the business owners at Salima Specialties here in Skyway,

Washington. Alhamdullilah, I am blessed enough to share the first of its kind, Instant Halal Pho that we are asking for community support to scale.

In 2022, my wife, who many of you know as Chef Salima, and I were selected to go to Hajj Alhamdullilah.

While we were in Medinah, my wife became very sick for 3 days. One night she dreamt that she was eating instant pho and the next day she felt much better. When she woke up, she told me about the

dream, and we took that as a sign of blessings.

So, we promised ourselves that when we got back home to the states, we would bring that dream to life.

After over a year of researching and developing this product with many trials and errors as well as

completely exhausting our family savings, we are now ready to take Chef Salima's 100% Halal Instant

Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup to the next stage.

Traditionally, pho takes several hours to prepare but we have successfully freeze-dried real made-inhouse pho beef broth, meatballs, rice noodles, sliced brisket, herbs, chili, and hoisin sauce packets that will be ready to eat in minutes. Did we mention it is 100% Zabiha halal? With high quality ingredients

and real nutritional value, Chef Salima’s product does not compare to what's out there on the market. It

is entirely its own taste, quality, and intention.

This is the first halal instant pho on the market meant for Muslims and non-Muslims alike to get an

authentic taste of pho when traveling and on-the-go. As long as you have hot water, take it camping, to

Hajj, or anywhere else in the world and nourish your body.

But the demand for this product has skyrocketed. We currently produce this product out of our brick &

mortar location but do not have the kitchen space or operational capacity to sustain its growth. There is no other product like this in the world. We have to have Chef Salima’s Instant Halal Pho available globally Insha'Allah, with your help and support.

We are asking our Ummah and local community to help us crowdfund to Insha'Allah buy larger freeze-drying equipment, expand our operations, space, and staff to have Instant Halal Pho accessible to all who will enjoy it.

Your help will not only be substantial for Salima Specialties but will also invest in the halal marketplace that has an ever-growing need for us to be represented. Our goal is to reach $100,000 by the end of

2024 and we cannot do this without the people’s support.
