Golden Phoenix Dream (to buy a mobile workstation)

Hello there.

My name is Eric César de Mello da Silva. I am from Brazil, Rio de Janeiro, recently moved back to Canada. After many years as a professional dancer I had decided to return to school and pursue a new dream of mine.

I had received and accepted my letter of admission to join George Brown College for the Jewellery Arts program, which will be a 3years course that focuses on goldsmithing techniques and design skills. The curriculum covers various aspects of jewellery making, including foundational skills and intricate decorative metal techniques. I also will learn advanced computer modelling and design. Additionally, they will give chances to participate in competitions, industry events, and volunteering opportunities to further enhance their experience and connections within the jewellery community.

So I am creating this gofund me as a scholarship/sponsorship to help me financially to attend college. Unfortunately, my family cannot afford the cost of the school. Therefore I thought it would be a good idea to turn to friends and ask for their help collaboratively. I am hopping to achieve to a full financial support for a mobile workstation (aka laptop) , as I am planning to use my savings towards the advance software license that we a required to purchase plus books and the school semester. I am going to do pro work, so I need buy a pro machine. Speed costs money, spend it wisely.

It is my hope that you guys will give my request for financial support a serious consideration, five dollars could make whole difference on this new journey.
