Rent increase nesting fund for new mom

Hi my name is Astra and I am fundraising with a goal to cover the charges recently added to my rent. On November 27th my roommate and I received an email from our apartment management informing us that it was time to renew our lease. Since my roomate is no longer working for the company our rent will go up a substantial amount and abruptly.With the renewal of our lease coming up December 1st we have to decide to sign a new lease or go month to month. At this time I am not prepared for a move and will need time to search,save and apply for other locations.Currently I am on fixed income with exception of funds i make here and there as an influencer which isn't enough to live off of. All together I make just enough for my rent but barely to cover anything else,did I mention I'm a new mom too?? Yes I have a 3month old baby boy so costs are going up! Yes I have a supportive partner and family doing what they can to help but honestly we are all doing our best to make ends meet. My goal is to raise $7,000 to cover the added costs including utilities. This will take away my stress and put my loved ones minds at ease. I intend to hustle and save while being present and peaceful raising my son. I want to feel calm while doing these things buying time to come up with a plan for the next move and new start. Even if I don't meet my goal right away all funds will be gathered and used towards my rent and bills.I really had to put my pride aside being this vulnerable but I've created a safe space on my platform and hope I can do the same at home.
