Dear friends and LGBTQIA+ community,

 We urgently seek your support for our dear friend, Patrick, who recently endured a horrific hate crime, he’s at LAC+USC Medical Center.

 Patrick was brutally attacked on Thanksgiving morning, resulting in severe injuries from continuous punches while he was on the ground. The assault was so violent that it broke his jaw, leaving him unable to close his mouth, also several broken bones and he now requires surgery.

 The cause of this immense pain comes from a simple request he made to a neighbor to lower the volume at 6:00 am, as the entire neighborhood could hear the live music. After the request, a nightmare started for Patrick.

 The pain he endures is unimaginable, not only physically and emotionally but also financially. Patrick is unable to work due to the incident and is burdened with astronomical medical bills that he now needs to face. The financial strain is overwhelming, and he desperately needs our assistance.
