Honoring our Brother Nick Toliver

Today we are sadden by the lose of one of our brothers of the Electric Trouble Board, Mr. Nick Toliver. Known to most over the phone as TOLIVER! NOV. 24, 2023 our brother transitioned due to his untimely bout with cancer. Nick was a man who carried the weight of LADWP field crews, the ETB, and his family on his shoulders with ease and great pride. His passion for life and the fullness thereof was thoroughly expressed to everyone he made contact with. Nick charged himself with ensuring the crews performing work in the field for the LADWP went home safe everyday, this passion was a gift that he passed on to those who was blessed to come up in the ETB after him. Nicks energy lives on in those of us who will uphold the examples he laid out for us and strive to represent his values. This is in effort to assist the Toliver family in the celebration of life, and in sending our brother home. Thank you all on behalf of the Toliver family and the Electric Trouble Board.
