Help Pablo rebuild his food business.

Hello, I'm Pablo Vazquez, and as some of you already know, I've faced significant challenges in launching my business in Seattle. In July, I eagerly signed my first rental agreement with a company, envisioning the start of my venture in Capitol Hill.

Despite my excitement, I encountered numerous issues with this company, leading to my decision to part ways in December after being shut down by them. Following the viral success of a few of my videos on social media, suggestions came in to create a GoFundMe page where people can contribute to help reopen my business.

My business, TJ's Street Tacos, specializes in authentic Tijuana tacos. We source most of our ingredients from Tijuana, B.C., using secret family recipes. Every dish is crafted fresh to order, with never-frozen meat and daily fresh veggies. Currently, I'm raising funds to acquire a food truck, allowing me to continue serving customers. I've had the opportunity to continue selling my food at Captain Blacks in Capitol Hill.

My goal is to keep serving in Capitol Hill and expand my food truck to nearby neighborhoods and cities, offering everyone the taste of a Tijuana street taco without the need to travel to Mexico. Your support will help secure funds for permits, purchase food for our grand opening, and ultimately, establish a brick-and-mortar. I envision customers enjoying the experience of watching their food being prepared in front of them, creating the full Tijuana street taco experience.
