This is Ashy. She waits for dinner every night.
Old Man tries to follow me to my car. He waits for dinner every night as well. They stopped throwing away HIS food bowls and he is my chunky boy.
I only called him Old Man because he always had a youngster hanging out with him.
Next pic is dinner prep. I mix soaked dry with canned for kittens and you never know if someone has bad teeth. I can't afford canned food for 25 cats but I stretch about 5 cans a day.

This is Harley. He has been TNRd

This is Loner. He was called that because he used to be way out where no one else was. Now he has company. He has been TNRd. He is friendly. He will get along with friendly dogs. We would love to find him a home.
I love this guy, my big boy, my Old Man kitty. He is feral though, but he loves me.
Hi, most of you are familiar with me. I have been feeding cats, rehoming, and getting some TNR done in Clovis since 11/2020. I have also provided some of them with medical care, antibiotics, flea treatments, deworming the few I can.
Most of you know my difficulties, but I have persisted. Some of you have helped with donations here and there. People donate some food here and there. I have one person who donates food monthly. I appreciate it and the cats appreciate it. I’m sure every day they get to eat.
I haven’t been allowed really to TNR (trap, neuter, return). I have done a little, but it is hard when others don’t see how much spaying and neutering can make a difference. There are at least NINE kittens this year. Nine that I have been able to count with my limited access. That has really added to our food bill. We use over 25 lbs of food a week. My last count was 26 total cats on the property. I have some that I haven’t seen this year. IDK if I haven’t seen them or they are not there. It can be months sometimes before you lay eyes on a cat on that property. Please know not all cats are feral even if they run from you. Some are just fearful strays or cats that have been dumped from previous homes.
As well, neutering male cats live longer. They get in fights less, roam less, and contract less disease. We have a new Tom cat on the property I have been unable to catch. He has beat up several cats. Some run at just the sight of him.
Females that are spayed live longer happier lives. The mommas are out here screaming for food. They can’t get enough as I can only feed once a day. Once a day isn’t enough for a growing kitten either. The litters are typically small, some just don’t survive.
The costs for caring: We spend upwards of $150 a month on food for the colony cats alone. We can drive up to 18-20 miles a day feeding. Mileage varies depending on the day of the week, time fed and if we must drive away and come back for covert reasons. I have also purchased my own trap at $72.
With help of some next-door and Facebook persistence, I was contacted by a FresnoT.N.R. volunteer. I was told they would handle aspects of the T.N.R. I was not allowed to help. I am doing what I can to bring out any cats that are NOT feral. I’m hoping they can do that for me. They will Trap, neuter, and spay, tip their ears to be identified as altered. They will be given a FVRCP to help combat upper respiratory infections and Panleukopenia. They will be given Rabies vaccines @$30/cat, a real deal considering vaccines alone at most veterinary hospitals will cost more than $30.
This year alone I have TNR’d 2 males ($100 total including donations for FresnoT.N.R.) and rehomed 3 from the colony. I had some donations for spaying and neutering of the rehomed cats. I think for a total of 7 TNR’d and 7 rehomed over the last few years. Two cats were euthanized. One was sick and I think the other poisoned. I am not just feeding these cats. I also medicated a cat that again, was beat up by this year’s new Tom cat. Some of you have donated to some hospital costs as well for rehomed and another cat taken to the hospital.
I try to get photos of all the cats. I don’t have photos of all the kittens, they are too fast. Many of the cats have names and recognize my voice. We do have at least 3 friendlies worthy of a home.
I believe FresnoT.N.R will do their best to alter all of the cats. I am setting up a GoFundMe. I would like to be able to donate at least $5 per cat to FresnoT.N.R. as well. There may be 15-20 cats total. Money raised will go to colony cats or donated to FresnoT.N.R.
Also, I do intend to have neighborhood cats at Quail lake TNR’d. I have two that are frequenting my house now. That’s another $60 add donation.
Please sponsor a cat at $30 + $5 for donation to FresnoT.N.R. = spay/neuter FVRCP and Rabies vaccines.
I also have a Venmo account that doesn’t charge any fees if you use your debit card, Marlene Price@Marlene-Price-20.
Thank you so much for your continued support .
This is Bibby. She is shy and TNRd.
