Help 5 month old puppy out of excruciating pain

Hi, my name is Jenny Medeiros and I am setting up this GoFundMe in hopes of being able to help this suffering baby that really needs all our help. Anything can help, nothing is too small. Your $5 donation could help end his pain and suffering!! He is a 5-month-old PUPPY who unfortunately was born with birth defects. He was bred and born for the simple fact of selling him to make money. With his birth defect, he is considered useless to anyone looking to sell him or produce more puppies. With that being said he was set to be euthanized. My husband and I stepped in and called vets in our area to ask if this was treatable and if he would live a healthy life thereafter. The short answer was yes he absolutely would. So we decided to fly him here in hopes that generous folks like you would help us save him. We took a chance on him seeing he was just a baby and in such excruciating pain we couldn't let him suffer or be killed.

The surgery he needs is called “ulna Angular Limb Deformity Osteotomy” From my understanding his bone grew too big and twisted. This surgery would cut down his bone and he would have metal plates put in place until they were ready to be removed. Right now he is in extreme pain and has many issues walking, using stairs and just being a dog. He would require much care and rehab after surgery to get him to where he should be. We are hoping with the help of all of you we can get his surgery, whatever care and rehab he needs, and find a great suitable home for him. He’s such a sweet loving boy, and even though he is in so much discomfort you are still greeted with a tail wag. He’s just a baby! He has so much life ahead of him we can’t let that be taken away. He is scheduled to be seen at Angell Hospital in Boston on December 18th but we are on their cancellation list in hopes of getting him in sooner. We are hoping enough money can be raised prior to his appointment to get him out of pain and save his life.

Our awesome friends at Handsome Dans Rescue are providing support and supplies for him along the way. He will also be microchipped and neutered during his surgery. He needs a village and he’s counting on all of us. Please help us save this poor boy. He is such a beautiful loving baby and doesn’t deserve any of this.

Any fund received outside of what he needs will be donated to local rescues. I will keep everyone updated and show proof of all funds spent along the way.
