Bobby Ortega is a husband and father of two young adult children. He has also been part of the Manny's Steakhouse family for 26 years. In December 2023, he had a kidney removed due to a tumor. Feeling hopeful the worst was behind him, he was diagnosed with Mantle Cell lymphoma, a rare and aggressive form on non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. He is on an intensive chemo regimen requiring days at a time in the hospital. Bobby has shown much courage, strength and resilience in facing his condition.
