Volleyball isn't just a game; it's a part of who I am.

Dear Friends,

Guess what? Another fabulous year has flown by and I am 49 today (29/11) and my 50th birthday is on the horizon next year! But this year, I want to start to fulfill my dream and I'm dreaming big!

But I need your help to make it happen.

I'm planning a sun-soaked, laughter-filled beach volleyball party at our cottage next year! It’s going to be on one of the warm days …I know, my birthday is in November, but who says we can't celebrate in the summer? The exact date is still under wraps but I promise it will be a day of joy, games, and good company.

Now, here's the twist: Instead of birthday gifts, I'm inviting you to be a part of a special project. I'm dreaming of building a beach volleyball court on our land, place I grew up .

You know, I've been hitting the volleyball for over 35 years now. When I started my volleyball journey in 1987, Slovakia was still part of Czechoslovakia, and the world was a very different place. The Iron Curtain was still up, and we were just a few years away from the Velvet Revolution that would change everything. For me it brought me posibility studying and playing in USA.

Playing volleyball, was more than just a game; it was a way to connect, to feel a sense of freedom. The courts was my sanctuary, where I could jump, spike, and dive, laugh, make life times friendships…

Playing volleyball is a journey, a lifestyle, a way to connect with others and a form of personal expression. Every game is a great story, every match a new adventure.

Volleyball has been a constant companion through the ups and downs of life. And hey, who knew that the skills I was honing back in 1987 would still be serving me well decades later?

all because of all thesereasons and my plan to keep playing until I'm so old that the only thing I can move is my eyebrows, I need to do thus!

Courts costs around €10,000 eur.

Whether you can contribute a little or a lot, your support would mean the world to me. It's not just about the court; it's about building a space for fun, fitness, and friendship that we can enjoy for years to come and you all will be welcome! Cottage have beds for 20 people, and there is plenty of space for tents, so tournaments in beautiful nature can be organized!
