Shirley (Strahl) Kling Final Wishes Request

Hi, my name is Natalie. My mother Shirley passed away overseas and I am hoping to honor my mother's final wishes and spread her ashes in Costa Rica. I prefer to do it myself, but unfortunately after paying for the cremation along with my brother, I don't have enough left over to travel there. We appreciate anything offered towards that end so that our family can have the closure we need.
