Support Ashley Diamond's Reentry Journey

My name is Chinyere, and I am a civil rights lawyer requesting your support for an initiative close to my heart: a mutual aid fundraiser in support of my former client, Ashley Diamond.

Ashley Diamond is a Black trans woman from rural Georgia and a dedicated social justice activist. Ashley advocates tirelessly for the rights and dignity of incarcerated individuals, particularly those who identify as transgender, and has been an inspiring force for change.

Ashley now faces the challenging task of rebuilding her life in rural Georgia following her release from prison.

Accordingly, I'm launching this mutual aid fundraiser to help Ashley secure stable housing and pay for living expenses until she can move to a place with more resources for transgender people.
