Andrew Penaranda (Official Fundraiser)

It is with great sadness to share the news of the recent and sudden passing of Andrew Penaranda. Born March 11, 1991. Died November 24, 2023.

Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing or having met Andrew knows just how special he was. Andrew had a way of making connections with anyone he met. He was charismatic, full of energy, and his ability to inspire and motivate you was unmatched.

Andrew lost his mother to a tragic accident in September 2009. At only the age of 18 and being the oldest of 4 brothers, Andrew had to learn quick how to be an adult. Andrew shouldered a lot of pressure to help out with his family, working tough jobs while still attending University. Life had not been easy for Andrew but he always found a way to stay positive and resilient. He was incredibly generous, was always willing to lend a helping hand and enjoyed spending time with friends and family. He was loved by many. The constant stresses of life had taken a toll on Andrew's mental health. Andrew had been battling with his mental health struggles for quite sometime. A tragic accident occurred on Nov 22, 2023 and Andrew ultimately succumbed to his injuries 2 days later.

We welcome all donations. All proceeds will be going directly to Andrew's family to cover end of life costs and help support his family. There will be end of life celebrations to commemorate Andrew. More information will be provided once available.
