Medical operation

Hi my name is Zoe and I am desperately seeking help for Tia my retired work Belgian Mali. This is my final plea before having to surrender her so she can have an operation she needs. Unfortunately just over a year ago I found a small lump behind one of her nipples. The vets at the time weren't overly concerned but said it needed operating to remove and to spey her to reduce risk. Unfortunately the year prior to that I lost my main source of income due to the premises I rented being sold for housing. Since then I have been trying to live as a freelancer and failing to make it sustainable. Living invoice to invoice. Meanwhile Tias lump has grown massively and is now beginning to push blood out of her nipple. I have tried pdsa bluecross and raspca who all are unable to help basically because I'm not claiming benefits. I have tried to explain to vets and charities that I have been offered an employed role starting in the new year where I will be able to pay for her operation but I fear its too little to late and she can't hold out until then. If it's not to late already. I'm heartbroken that the only way I may be able to get her the help she instantly needs is to surrender her which will destroy me but if its the only way I can help her that's what it will come to. I have failed her and after her earning my living as a working dog for over 2 years I can't even do this for her.

Please help. I don't want to lose her. I owe her everything. This is my final desperate plea. I have attached the direct conversation i have had regarding the cost with vets. Anything if left will be gifted forwards to Aura dogs uk.
