Combating Cats Mt Druitt

Hey Everyone

My Names Kristy and I’m a local volunteer animal scanner in the Mt Druitt area,

I created the Fb page 2770’s lost pets and built a army of other volunteers to help combat the stray Animal situation in our area, on the Daily my friends and I assist multiple animals who are roaming and often get called to a number of road fatalities a week, whist we are making a big difference to impound numbers doing what we do the roaming animal situation is still a huge problem, we all get a ridiculous amount of messages about unwanted litters, I myself take in litters of pups every chance I get so they don’t end up dumped or in the wrong hands but it’s all becoming very costly so I was hoping that there may be some other animal lovers who would be willing to help with some shares or donations of funds to help us help our community, we rely solely on community donations of bedding, leads and crates for holding so

Funds raised will go towards things like Bottles Formulas Worming and Flea treatments should they need it, we are also aiming towards getting a local vet on board with discounted desexing of stray cats to combat the cat population because the amount of “I found a pregnant cat” or “I found a cat with kittens” messages we get is ridiculous so My friends and I are wanting to really try make a difference with the community’s help if possible
