Donations for Kenya Cristina

Hello…see the girl in green? That’s Kenya, one of my sweet sister-in-laws. I’m here trying to see if we can all get together and help raise money for her to be able to purchase some much needed contacts, while she awaits to be called for corneal transplants.

Kenya is a 34 year young mom of 2 beautiful children. She lives in Minas Gerais-Brazil. 4 years ago, she was diagnosed with severe impairment of visual acuity due to Keratoconus in both eyes at an advanced stage.

Kenya struggles every day with extreme blindness to her right eye and only 3% vision in her left eye. She has been on the transplant list for 3 years now and the way things are in Brazil, it could take forever.

Right now while she waits, she does have an option to get some special Scleral contact lenses, but because of her impairment, she cannot work and therefore cannot afford them.
