Montrose Preschool & Infant Care Fundraiser

Montrose Preschool & Infant Care (MPIC) is a private preschool open to the public in the La Crescenta and Montrose areas. Over the past year under our new director, we have proudly provided a number of improvements to benefit the children, families, and staff of MPIC, including the following:
- All of the classrooms received new flooring and newly painted walls
- An ADA ramp was installed to improve access to our infant and toddler rooms
- Toys and equipment in the classrooms and play yards were upgraded and expanded
- Breakfast, lunch, and two snacks are now provided daily
- Our heating equipment has been modernized
- Staff pay has significantly increased to align better with current pay standards
However, over the past year, inflation has also increased costs of utilities, materials, and wages.
This fundraiser will help Montrose Preschool & Infant Care to continue providing the safe and loving environment we diligently work to maintain while minimizing tuition increases.
We have a big goal to raise $20,000 this year. With this money, we hope to:
- Continue expanding our program and bringing the best quality care to the children
- Build up our scholarship program for lower-income families
- Complete upgrading all of the classroom lighting to LED to ensure less money is spent on gas and electricity and more money is available to put into our program
- Continue to improve our outdoor classroom
- Resurface our play yard
- Create a yard dedicated to STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics)
This will only be achieved if you ask your friends and family to make donations in your honor. Every gift will help us towards our target, no matter the size.
If every family asks 10 people to donate $30, Montrose Preschool & Infant Care could potentially receive $15,000 in donations just through the people you know.
