Help a struggling single mom with three kids

Hi, my name is Elena Weinstein, I recently moved to Bayonne, NJ. I'm fundraising for my neighbors' family with three children (their ages are 4, 7 and 10). The mom doesn't want to share her name, let's call her Maria.

They are Ukrainian refugees who left everything in their country, but until recently they were OK here in Bayonne, NJ, thanks to people donating household items and clothes etc. and father earning some money. Recently the FATHER LEFT THEM. The mother is desperately looking for job close to her place so she could pick up kids from school; she actually started working a few days ago near Trenton, but it's a long commute (1.5 hrs or $9 in tolls each way!) and not so much money. Even after she gets her first paycheck, it won't be enough to pay her rent ($1415 monthly; she is 2 months behind), bills, buy food and gas. I just convinced her to apply for food stamps and other programs, but it'll take time and may still not be enough. I'm hoping to collect enough money to support them for at least a few months.

Hopefully she can find some job near Bayonne, or she considers moving closer to her new job, although rent is even higher in that area. In either case, your donation will help them tremendously.
