My Dear daughter , Anastasia Carter 24yrs old , lost her life in a tragic car accident due to a drunk driver late night on Nov 22nd , causing her to lose her life way too soon . Anastasia was a loving mother of 3 beautiful girls 3 yrs, 2 yrs and 1 month old. She was goofy, a ray of sunshine, a person that could just light up the room when she walked in.
