MGA launch a National Junior Honor Society

Donation protected
My name is Patricia Medeiros, and I am an eighth-grade teacher at MGA in Laurel, Maryland. Our school has been open for a decade, and we add more exciting programs yearly.
This year, I would like to start a chapter of the National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) for the students in our community who demonstrate the values of scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship. These students are often quiet, reserved, and relied on in the classroom because of their outstanding behaviors and excellent grades. This nationally recognized program is a proud accomplishment for the school, the students, and the community and the students who become a part of this society should consider it a great honor.
This campaign's funds would be used to cover the costs of stationery supplies for student leaders to use during meetings and for starting capital for the NJHS to plan their first year of service projects.
This campaign would allow us to shine a positive light on some of our very deserving students and set the NJHS at MGA up for success in the future.
