It is with great sadness that we inform you that Joseph Terlaje sadly passed away over the holiday weekend. His death was very unexpected. Joseph (Joe) leaves behind his beloved Rose Salas and all of their beautiful children. Joe and Rose moved to Phoenix from the Island of Guam to pursue Joe's dreams of providing the best life for their family.

Anyone who knew Joe, knew how hard he worked for his family. Most of you know, Joe was employed with our company AZ Neatline Excavating. He was an essential part of our growth and was the best excavator operator, leader, mentor and all-around best employee an employer could dream of! Not only will Joe be truly missed by his family and friends but by his construction family as well.

Joe was the sole provided for his family, his wishes were to be cremated and go back to his beautiful Island of Guam. We are asking for donations at this time to help with funeral expenses, living cost and the cost of fulfilling Joe's wishes of returning to Guam where his wife and children will be relocating as well.
