Help John beat cancer

Hello friends,

My name is Jon and I am collecting money to help my cousin, John Celia pay his medical bills.

John went to the doctor's a few months ago after having some pain. A growth was found the size of a nectarine but after being looked at by the doctor's, he was sent home with a clean bill of health. Several weeks went by and his pain was getting worse. He went back to the hospital last month and the growth had grown twice in size. He was scheduled for surgery but then it was discovered that the cancer had spread to his colon. He is starting chemotherapy this week.

John's father, my uncle Joe, passed away several years ago from pancreatic cancer and colon cancer runs in the family unfortunately, so the outlook is not so great although you would never know it when you talk to John. John is also the loving father of a 9 year old daughter who is his world.

John has always been there for anyone who ever needed it. He takes pleasure in helping other people and would give someone the "shirt of his back" literally if needed. It breaks my heart that someone so kind and generous now has to battle such physical and emotional pain.

John needs help paying rent, car transportation to and from his chemotherapy appointments and food bills. Any help you can give is deeply appreciated.
