Hendu's. A Sandwich Shop.

Hendu's Sandwich Shop was a pop up in December 2016. Located in a small kitchen of a well respected cocktail bar in Queens, NY. The whole operation was put together in a week and a half before opening. I managed to sell over 600 sandwiches in about 17 days with no press. It was a success in that my food purveyors were paid and I was given rave reviews of the food. It's now 2017 and Hendu's is opening for real. Opening this month, the kitchen is ready to go, food purveyors are on speed dial and word has spread of the sandwiches at Hendu's. All I need now is some help. Help in the form of $$$$. I'm sending this to family and friends so they can send it to their friends. If I have ever cooked for you personally or you have heard from others that have eaten my food, just know I love what I do. Please help me with this reality with whatever $$$$ you can give. Thank you.
