Help Jaydin with expenses after medical treatment

Jaydin is 19 years old, and has been working with Cousino Restoration for just over 1 year. He is a dependable, loyal, and hard working employee; a valuable part of the team, and a friend to many. His story starts on Sunday, November 19th, when his right eye started to swell shut. He also had an intense headache for several days. The short version of his ‘eventful medical adventure’ goes something like this: In a matter of three short days he was seen in three different hospital ER’s, in two different states. He has had numerous scans, procedures, and tests, as well as two surgeries to help remove the many abscesses that were found in his sinus cavities, around and behind his right eye and inside his brain. His most recent surgery (a craniotomy) was necessary to relieve the pressure and help eliminate the abscesses in his brain. The bacteria (that seem to love him so much) has also been found in his lungs and a heart valve. He is currently in the ICU at Henry Ford Hospital in Michigan, on a slow (but steady) road to recovery.

Jaydin is a positive, happy, energetic young man and seems to have a perpetual smile on his face. A jokester with a fun personality who is always up for an adventure or to lend a helping hand. His heart is kind.

To allow his body and brain to heal, he will not be able to return to work for an unknown amount of time. His employer is stepping in to help in any way that they can, since Jaydin’s medical insurance does not become active until January 1, 2024.
