Helping Sarah Fight Glioblastoma Head-On
Donation protected
Three years ago, our cousin Sarah was diagnosed with glioblastoma, an incurable brain tumor. She has fought this battle with everything she has, but now, after three brain surgeries and three additional surgeries necessitated by the effects of chemotherapy, she is wheelchair-bound, has lost the majority of her short-term memory, and is in need of 24/7 care. Care that her insurance will not cover.
A former high school math teacher, Sarah dedicated her life to her students, advocating for Relay for Life in memory of her younger sister, Carlee, and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity. Her selflessness touched countless lives, and the loss of her sister from cancer less than 10 years ago makes her current situation all the more heart-wrenching.
Despite her insurance falling short, we are determined to provide the care Sarah needs and deserves, which is why we're reaching out to our community for donations of any amount. Your generosity will make a significant impact on her, her husband’s, and her family’s lives. Please consider sharing this campaign to help us rally around Sarah in her time of need. Our family deeply appreciates your kindness, compassion, and support.
