Emma & Katie's House Burnt Down

Last night Emma's apartment burnt down. All they have is some clothes and her wallet. As a full time student she didn't have this in the plan to be able to afford a new place to live. Anything you can do would help. They also have a cat and a wonderful dog. Please help me get them a new apartment and basic needs since they lost almost everything.
