My name is Jaclyn Tejwani, Sapna's cousin, and I started this fundraiser to help offset expenses the Singhs unexpectedly incurred due to Sonny's recent accident.

On Sunday, 2/19/2023, Sonny was driving with the twins in Lake Forest when a motorcyclist clipped their minivan. Sonny saw the motorcyclist go down and saw he was trapped under it. Sonny, and another good samaritan, quickly pulled over and got out to help lift the motorcycle off him. While they were doing this, another driver hit them all, with Sonny sustaining the worst of the injuries. Sonny experienced head trauma, broken vertebrae, and two badly broken tibia. He has already had several surgeries and more planned once the swelling in his legs goes down.
