It was the morning of 11/20 when I woke up at the unfortunate time of 9:30. I received 4 parking tickets only one minute apart (9:15, 9:16, and 9:17). I would usually just pay, however the amount is too great for a college student who only works one day a week. I would greatly appreciate any amount donated, as it would mean the world to me.
