Dannys recovery

Hello, my name is Dylan and Im raising money for my farther Danny Dawson. Last Saturday my father was in a horrific motorcycle accident that left him severely injured. While riding he hit a patch of loose gravel while entering a turn. This sent him off the side of the road down a four foot embankment. His front tire dropped into a ditch causing the bike to flip multiple times with him still attached.

My father has two broken shoulders, a fractured right elbow, broken left Humerus, lacerations to his liver and kidney, a hernia behind his kidney and his left fibula was broken in 2 places.

He has currently undergone 2 major surgeries. He has a rod down his shin bone with 3 screws at the top and 2 screws at the bottom holding it in place. His second surgery was the left shoulder and humerus which he now has a plate and screws to hold the bone together. We are praying these are the only two surgery’s he will need. 

My father has been at st Joseph hospital for a week now and will be there for at least another week before he is sent to a rehabilitation center were he will have to be monitored and cared for since he will no longer be able to care for him self during this time.

I am trying to raise this money to help my dad with medical and living expenses since he will be out of work for a long time. I have looked into fmla but he has not been at his job long enough so he does not qualify.

I know times are tough right now for us all. I’m just hoping we can get some help in these troubling times. Anything amount will help. Thank you
