INTRODUCING THE FAMILY
Hi, my name is Aliaa, I am a Palestinian Architect from Gaza. This is my beloved family including my elderly parents, and my brothers with their wives and children. We epitomized love, harmony, and dreams of a better tomorrow. Each one of my family was contributing to our society as teachers, engineers, and doctors. We all worked so hard to build a successful and thankful life during the past 20 years of struggling in Gaza City, which seems to become even impossible now!

OUR SUFFERING STORY
For years, my family's journey has been one of unwavering determination and resilience. It began with my persistent parents' efforts to carve out a better life, sacrificing tirelessly to lay the foundation for me and my brothers' future. Through years of hard work and perseverance, they built not just a beautiful home, but a sanctuary filled with love, dreams, and unforgettable precious moments. Me and my both brothers, Iyad and Imad, instilled with the same spirit of resilience, embraced the legacy passed down to them, each brick laid a testament to their commitment to upholding our family's aspirations.

Our beautiful multi-story house including its garden and my brother's business witnessed countless cherished moments, from family gatherings to children's laughter. However, everything changed with the outbreak of the genocide in Gaza. Our home was targeted, and we lost everything. We lost our home, our business, and even our neighborhood and city. We were forced to flee amidst bombardments and missiles, and we escaped from death with nothing but a small backpack, seeking safety wherever we could. Our journey since has been one of relentless displacement, from living in overcrowded hospitals' corridors to tents on streets in Rafah.

Living in a tent meant suffering, enduring extreme weather, lack of necessities, and widespread epidemics. The children fell ill from canned food and all contracted hepatitis, all suffered greatly from the spread of flies and insects, and the family grappled with the scarcity of food and water. Living in these dire conditions has taken a toll on the physical and mental well-being specially for my elderly parents and all of us. Diseases, scarcity of resources, and the trauma of war haunt our daily existence.

My family's dreams of education and self-improvement were put on hold, as survival became the sole focus. My eldest brother Iyad is separated from his children, his wife, and the whole family due to travel restrictions. Our dreams were shattered by the brutality of the genocide in Gaza, where we lost everything. Despite the devastation these hardships, our bond as a family remains unbroken, our strength drawn from the memories of our journey and the hope for a brighter tomorrow. After six months of living in catastrophic conditions, our only dream is simple yet profound: to find a safe haven where we can rebuild our lives, pursue children's education, and reunite with our eldest son.
THE CALL TO ACTION:
My friends, we are not begging for sympathy; we are seeking support to survive and rebuild. Your contributions will facilitate the evacuation of the family from Gaza to Egypt, providing us with the hope, motivation, and means to start over. Funds will make rescuing my family life and reunion all together in a safe place along with providing us with a decent life after six months of struggling and separation.
With your support, let's rebuild my family's lives and restore their faith in a brighter future.
This is our warm regards:
Aliaa, Mum, and Dad.
