It is with heaviest hearts that we are coming together as Harlow’s buddies to help her and her family in this extremely difficult time.
Last Christmas Harlow underwent a surgery after she was diagnosed with Choroid Plexus Carcinoma. Choroid plexus carcinoma is a rare type of brain cancer that happens mainly in children. Choroid plexus carcinoma begins as a growth of cells in the part of the brain called the choroid plexus. Cells in the choroid plexus produce the fluid that surrounds and protects the brain and spinal cord.
Cory and I had the absolute pleasure getting to know Harlow and her family this summer. She’s taken over a part of our heart that’s hard to put into words. Harlow was Born Feb. 14, 2020. It’s hard to believe that such a young, tiny human could have such an impact on your life but she’s made a big statement and has taught me many life lessens since getting to know her. She’s cute as heck and she has a big big personality!
Harlow had a full body scan in July and she was cleared. Unfortunately she wasn’t as lucky on September 22nd when she had yet another MRI that has shown 6 new growths on her brain.
Brandy is an incredible stay at home Momma & Matt, her dad works away. We want him to be able to be home with his family right now but we all know no matter what happens in life, the wolf is not far from the door.
I’m hoping we can all come together and show this little girl and her family some love and compassion. If you can, please help us with a monetary donation to help support this family right now in their greatest time of need. If you can not, that’s ok too. Please send a prayer for Harlow. I know how much the Farewell family will appreciate it.
Thank you so much!
