Donate to help feed families in Gaza

Hi, I am Reem Ramzi, currently living in Khan Yunis. I decided to get together with some people to collect donations for families in Gaza who do not have a GoFoundMe account or do not have a source of income, and we will use these donations to buy and distribute food to them. Instead of donating $10 to each person separately, you can put you donation in this campaign to help us buy a bag of flour and distribute it to displaced families facing famine.

This is how it will work: a bag of flour in Khan Yunis is currently being sold for US$300 and it weights 25 kilos. Once the US$300 goal is achieved, I will buy a bag of flour and distribute 3 kilos to 8 families. These families will be chosen based on their needs and living condition, so we can ensure the needier families will be prioritized. Once one round of donations is done, we will start collecting and preparing for the next one.

Naturally, we will inform you of the updates and film a video of the distributions so our contributors can see where their donations go.

Please contribute to help us feed these families, the more funds we raise the more people we can feed. Any amount, no matter how little, makes a difference to us.

I am Sofia Silva, a resident of Montreal, Canada. In the past year I have been actively involved in supporting the innocent civilian families in Gaza. I believe it is my right and my duty to not be a bystander in the world's affairs. I'm setting up this campaign on behalf of my friend Reem, who is currently displaced in People's Camp in Khan Yunis. All donations will be transferred to her and used to help feed families in Gaza.
