Kira, a loving mother of two (2) boys had received devastating news about her otherwise healthy son Dominic. A week ago he was a happy little boy. Strangely enough the last week he wasn't acting himself which led him to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. He needs our help and our prayers , tragically he will be having surgery to try to remove the mass found last night on his brain. Kira is such a devoted mom to both her sons the other which has a diagnosis of spina bifida. Please share and help this family at a time of great need! They would never ask anyone for anything.
