Mothers Medical Bills
To Our Dear Family, Friends and Colleagues -
Back in the Philippines, our mother, grandma, or great grandmother (depending on your generation) is extremely ill. She had a stroke a month ago and is still at St. Luke’s Hospital, as we speak. Since her hospitalization, her initial illness of stroke had resulted to numerous health complications such as urinary infection, blood infection, pneumonia, gastrointestinal bleeding, and bed sores, just to name a few. Even so, we are mindful that GOD has everything in control. Hence, we rely on His strength and mercy as we experience these challenging times.
As everyone knows, traveling to the Philippines is not an option due to the pandemic, COVID-19; therefore, we do not have direct access to our loved ones especially of our last patriarch, Nanay. Nonetheless, our family’s perseverance is relentless. Each member of the family has a specific role and responsibility that we each have to execute. For instance, our family back home's main responsibility is to literally be the feet, hands, eyes, and ears; they have to endure the physical expectations of our current situation. While we, who live faraway from home, strive to come collectively and provide financial support.
Dear Family, Friends, and Colleagues we recognize that times right now are hard for everybody. And so, your financial support, of any amount, will be greatly appreciated in helping Nanay to sufficiently meet her medical bills that she has acquired. We are hoping that we would be able to raise $25,000 to help partially cover the accumulated medical bills.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
May God Bless Us All.
