Dean's recovery

Hi my name is Brittany and I'm Dean's daughter. On January 31st 2024 my dad was admitted into the hospital due to a very serious blood infection. The infection weakend him to the point of not being able to walk. He lost 27 lbs due to this illness. He was at Summa for 9 days and then was released to recover in a rehab center, where he needed 6 weeks of antibiotics. This unexpected illness has put a big financial strain on my parents due to the medical bills and my dad being the primary bread winner. My dad has a long recovery ahead of him and I'd like to lessen his stress and let him focus on getting better. We're so thankful we didn't lose him to this illness.
