Hi my name is Maria Cabrera AKA "Maimy" ... A few years ago I have a lasik eye surgery, the clinic wasn't the best on the procedure. A few years later I start having a bad vision problems ending on a bad degenerate condition. Now I need a new surgical procedure, Very Expensive!... This procedure unfortunately isn't covered for any medical plan. At this point of my like I don't have all of the financial resources for this procedure. My Dr. Gulani At Gulani Vision Institute Jacksonville FL, highly recommend me to have this procedure asap, because I'm losing my vision more and more every year.

I really kindly asking for your help to have this done asap. Everyone's knows what important is to have a good vision, I'm a single woman, working independent as a Dog Groomer. and my resources are limited. I'm really grateful for all your help.
