2016 Japan Educational Trip

Hello, my name is Lottie!
I am 17 years old and a junior at Winston Churchill High School in Eugene, Oregon. I am raising money so that I am able to go on a trip to Japan in June 2016. This trip will be taken with some of my classmates in my Japanese class as well as some other students from other high schools. We will be traveling to Honshu (the big island), and Kyushu (the Island below Honshu ).
I want to go on this trip because I love to travel, and I want to learn more about Japan. This trip will help me learn about the culture, and country. This will further help my development of the language and how to speak it properly.
The money will go to my airfare, food, cultural activities, staying with host families and traveling with my educational group. As well as a little extra for spending money for souvenirs.
This trip is important to me because I want to learn more about Japan. Not just from a classroom or book, but in real life in this stunning country. I will learn so much from this adventure, both educationally, and no doubt personally. This will also be a great start for my traveling abroad.
Please help me travel abroad and experience another life style. I am very thankful for your time and money.
P.S. I plan on doing a sort of blog about my travels day by day, if time and energy allow me to. For those who donate, I will try to send you this blog of my adventures!
